ThromboCheck

ThromboCheck is an easy-to-use and inexpensive device for home-monitoring of heart valve protheses. With little work the patients can significantly reduce the risk of an apoplectic stroke. In addition to a regular check of the blood coagulation (INR) ThromboCheck is state-of-the-art aftercare for patients with heart valve protheses. With the daily use of ThromboCheck valve problems like blood-clots can be early detected and attended.

ThromboCheck is designed for daily self-testing of the valve implant and easy to handle. The test of the heart valve takes only 2 minutes per day and the result is directly shown on the display. Furthermore the test is absolutely free of pain, clean and without any consequential charges.
